Lyle is a hike-up site that takes a west wind. Park and hike up behind the school at Lyle, Washington. Hike up the hill about 300 feet or until the wind feels right. This site has the feature of a town out in front that can cause turbulence. Landings have been made in the field at the foot of the hill, at the school playing field, and in the park area next to the river.
